I would have bought 5 of these for the price, If they didnt tack on another 3 bucks in shipping for each i would have. it did work fine, but the ends are not secured to teh cable very well at all. Just unplugging it from the tv was enough to loosen the end. repeat that several times, and the cable is broken and you need to buy another.
i dont think there is anything you can do to fix it either. just low quality so be careful with it. probably would be fine if you dont have to unplug it ever.

I was using an s-cable/RCA convertor to hook my computer to the TV and the quality of the image was very bad. My kids and I watch some Japanese anime and the subtitles were too pixilated and blury to read.
After receiving this s-cable in the mail my expectations were low, but thankfully after hooking it up the image on the TV came in much clearer than I had dared hope for. And you can't beat $0.01 no matter where you get an item from, even if the shipping IS about 300X the cost of the product itself :)

I would have given it "0" stars if possible.
Construction "looks" good, but obviously is not. Cable would NOT connect properly and NOTHING could come through. No video. No nothing.
This S-Video cable would not seat well into the sockets because the rubber was too close to the metal ends which prevented them from going in far enough. Even after I trimmed off the rubber, it still would not work.
Was not worth the money to ship back.
Waste of time. Waste of money. Just a WASTE, period !!

Good cable, not super thin, not uber thick and works great from our computer to the TV. Price from the seller we got it from was awesome, so kudos all around. In this review it has Sound Quality as a rating, s-video cables are purely for video, not audio patching, either way, it' gets a 5 star on it.
